We respect the privacy of our community and strive to use photos, videos, and personal stories responsibly.

Content that is shared privately through this site, such as through our forms, direct messages, or other private communications, will never be publicly shared without your permission.

Community events, however, are held in public spaces where photography and video are a normal part of documenting and celebrating the event. Photos and videos taken during these public events may be shared on our website, social media, newsletters, printed materials, or other promotional and educational resources to highlight our community, recognize participants, and encourage future involvement. If you have media you would like to share with us, please use our forms to share them so we can obtain your consent to share them publicly.

If you appear in a photo or video from one of our public events and have concerns about its use, please contact us. We understand that there may be personal, privacy, or safety reasons for requesting that an image be removed, and we will carefully review each request. While we cannot guarantee that every image can or will be removed, we are committed to considering each request respectfully and in good faith.
